With an MBA in Marketing and over 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Charles Shin is a highly motivated professional committed to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Growing up in the business, with his father’s 45+ year career as inspiration, Charles developed a lifelong passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the industry.

He specializes in transitional buyers and sellers across San Diego County and the San Francisco–San Jose Bay Area, with licensing in California and soon Hawaii. His expertise spans both residential and commercial transactions, allowing him to deliver tailored solutions for a wide range of clients.

Before fully transitioning into real estate, Charles served as a Department of Defense Consultant for the United States Navy Space and Naval Warfare Command, focusing on Acquisition Management. This background sharpened his skills in negotiation, strategy, and problem-solving—qualities he now applies to every real estate transaction.
