I hired Charles Shin about 12 years ago. 

I had 3 commercial real estate brokers who I worked with but I gave Charles all of my business and he has not disappointed me since.

At the time he had 3 children in my preschool facility . 

He approached me one day and said that if I had hired him as his realtor his pay would go directly back into the preschool. He was correct. He wanted me to give him a chance on his ability to perform. 

The rest is history as we’ve partnered together for over 10-12 transactions for both residential and commercial multi use properties.

At the time I was married and we had a home in Santa Clara and an investment condo in San Diego. 

Because of my time commitments and efforts with my special needs son and my divorce, Charles stepped up to help with the transactions with selling both homes smoothly and he helped my family find a larger home. 

I’ve recently asked Charles to help find a home for my daughter and her new husband.
